Consultant Membership Information

Consultant Roster - MRSC Rosters is an online shared consultant roster which offers a convenient and cost-effective way to market services to local governments (public agencies) statewide who need to solicit bids for consultant services. In one application multiple agencies can search for your company by the services you provide and contact you by email to bid on projects. MRSC processes and manages consultant information.

Common Questions

Minimum Qualifications - In order to qualify for the MRSC Rosters, a consultant must have a valid Washington State UBI# (Unified Business Identifier) and upload a Statement of Qualifications as required by Chapter 39.80 RCW. *Agencies may request additional information.

Consultant Membership - Like all roster systems, it is free Basic Option for a consultant to join, however if your company would like to market your services in a more efficient way there is an alternative Enhanced Option based on firm size. *Membership choice determined when selecting agencies and/or selecting services.

Consultant Membership Options

Basic Option • Adequate for limited service consultant or if registering for just one roster (e.g. city) • Must repeat selection process for each agency and service (no "countywide" or "statewide" option) • Free

Enhanced Option • Preferred for expanded marketing • Singe-Step process for selecting multiple agencies and services • Select "countywide" or "statewide" rather than selecting individual agencies to work thoughout a county or throughout the state • Automatically included on any joining agencies within your selections (e.g. "countywide") • Efficient and Cost-Effective marketing fee based on firm size
