Agency Registration Information

Small Works Contractor Roster & Consultant Services - MRSC Rosters online database is a tool to assist you in soliciting quotes for small public works projects (projects under $200,000) through the Contractor Roster and find consulting services through the Consultant Roster. MRSC Rosters accepts, processes, and manages contractor and consultant information to save you time while providing you with an efficient database of potential bidders.

Agency Fees – To provide the shared roster service to you, MRSC Rosters must charge a nominal operational fee to all participating agencies, contractors, and consultants. Agency fees are determined on the Agency’s total capital expenditures from the previous year. Please see the Agency Fee Scale below to find your Agency annual fee.

Agency Registration Process

  1. Review Agency Account Information.
  2. Print Agency Contract and secure necessary approvals. PDF document or Word document.
  3. If a resolution is needed, see Model Resolution. PDF document or Word document
  4. Decide to pay via check or credit card and indicate on Contract.
  5. Mail completed Contract and payment/payment indication to:

  6. If paying online then arrange to make payment when account password is received via email in 2-3 business days.
  7. Once MRSC receives the Contract, we will create an account and email your primary contact the User Name and Password.
  8. Login to your account and update any information or change your password.
  9. Develop a transition plan to inform your current roster Contractors and Consultants of the shift and register them on MRSC Rosters.
  10. Begin utilizing MRSC Rosters!
