Builders Exchange and MRSC Rosters

Builders Exchange of Washington (BXWA.com) is an online plan center that hosts small public works planning documents and is compatible with the MRSC Rosters Bid Solicitation Process. Builders Exchange FastBid system allows you to post bidding packages online avoiding the time and expense of numerous mailings. Using MRSC Rosters you can send an Invitation to Bid email to selected contractors and include a link to your Online Plan Room provided by Builders Exchange account so that they can view the bidding package. Once you have created a free Builders Exchange account you will be able to post project documents and direct potential contractors from MRSC Rosters to that account. Complete the BXWA Account Set-Up Application Form and then submit bidding documents to Builders Exchange as you have a small public works project.
