Contractor Membership Information
Small Public Works Contractor Roster - MRSC Rosters is an online shared contractor roster which offers a convenient and cost-effective to market services to local governments (agencies) statewide who need to solicit bids for small public works projects (under $200,000). In one application multiple agencies can search for your company by the services you provide and contact you to bid on projects. MRSC processes and manages contractor information.
Common Questions
Minimum Qualifications - In order to qualify for the MRSC Rosters, a contractor must meet the below qualifications, as required by the WA State RCW 39.04.350. *Agencies may request additional information for projects.
• Valid Unified Business Identifier Number (UBI#)
• Federal Tax ID#
• Employment Security Number (Required if have Employees)
• Insurance
• Contractor License/Expiration Date (Required if Licensed Contractor)
• Bonding Company (Required if Licensed Contractor)
• Additional Licenses as Required (e.g. Electrical License)
Contractor Membership - Like all roster systems, it is free Basic Option for a contractor to join, however if your company would like to market your services in a more efficient way there is an alternative Enhanced Option for $50 annually. *Membership choice determined when selecting agencies and/or selecting services.
